Crispy Chicken Biriyani



"Crispy chicken Biriyani"




Items Required :

Item 1 >
chicken: 1.5kg
chilli powder: 1 tsp
biriyani masala: 1 pkt 
lemon: 1
salt: as required

Item 2 >
onion: 1 no.
tomato: 1
green chilly: 8
ginger-garlic paste: as required
garam masala: 1 pinch
lemon: 1
salt: as required
__
Item 3 >
ghee/veg oil: 4 tbl spoon
onion: 6
biriyani rice: 1/2 kg
water: 3 1/2 glass
turmeric: 1 pinch
salt: as required..

How to prepare :



Step 1 >
mix the whole things in item 1, and keep for 30mins. 
Deep fry it and keep aside.

Step 2 >
cut the onion, green chilly and tomato in item 2 into small pieces and
boil them in pressure cooker together with garlic-ginger paste, garam
masala, lemon and salt (whole item 2). Add a little ghee. Keep for
three whistles. Later, open it and with the use of a spoon, make it as
a paste.

Step 3 >
boil ghee/veg oil in a deep vessel. Chop the onions (6 no.) to small
pieces. Fry them to deep dark brown. Collect it and keep aside.
Now, pour water in the vessel and boil. Add rice in it (to make ghee
rice). Add salt as required.

Step 4 >
take comparatively small pieces of chicken, from the fried, and mix it
with the paste prepared in step 2. Also add fried onion in it. Now mix
this with 1/2 of the ghee rice.

Step 5 >
mix the rest of fried chicken with the remaining 1/2 of ghee rice.
Place it above the rice formed in step 4 (in the same deep vessel).
Spray ghee and turmeric water above it. Close and keep the vessel in
small fire for 10 mins.
Serve hot..
